First submission waited for 3 days, we had a new version so resubmitted, then another 5 days. Email support went black hole for 1 day.
Now we have yet another new version, should we resubmit again? Or just keep on waiting? 😞

Im having a very similar situation right now - I have submitted my App for review and it's been 72 hours where I have received no response. I have written to the apple support team and am still waiting for a response. My recommendation is wait for another day just incase and resubmit the new version directly. - Good luck :)
