Hello @apple, I am trying to enroll to the developer program as an individual. However I am having issues. I am a Canadian who recently moved to Spain.
My appleID region was set to Spain so the system didn’t let me verify my ID with my Canadian drivers license.
The support advised me to change the region to Canada, which I did and it seems that my ID was accepted for verification. However now the “enroll now” is greyed out and I didn’t get any update. It says the account cannot enroll.
I don’t know why and how to resolve this issue. I haven’t heard anything from support and it has been five days now.
Any help would be much appreciated.
