App approved and live in store but subscription product still "In Review"

My app was approved and is now "Ready for Distribution" and live in the store. However, in the production environment the in app purchase subscription product is failing to load.

I went and looked in App Store Connect and the Subscription is still marked "In Review" the English localization is marked "Waiting For Review"

The subscription does work in sandbox environment. I cannot edit the subscription at all do it being "In Review" status.

Do I need to just wait? Can I kick start it somehow?

It seems to have resolved itself after 24 hours. I did request an expedite review (was granted) and the review passed but status didn't change. I called into developer support and they were very friendly but could only recommend I get it touch with app review via the "app rejection appeal" form - I did that but no response yet...

not sure if any one of those things pushed it or I just had to wait 24 hours but this can be marked as resolved!
