No response from Developer Program Support – Enrollment blocked

I have been trying to contact the support for a few months now because I am getting blocked from enrollment to the developer program without any kind of justification. In the beginning I was getting generic replies via mail, but recently I stopped receiving replies altogether.

Currently I am at day 8 of waiting for a response to my latest inquiry.
