Apple Developer Program Enrollment PROBLEM

I'm having a serious problem registering for the Apple Developer Program, and I can't resolve it.

I applied over two weeks ago, but I still haven't received an activation email. I've also tried using different credit cards, suspecting there might be a problem with my payment method.

The main issues are as follows:

My order/registration remains in the "processing" status, I haven't received an activation email, Apple Developer Program support isn't responding. I've already sent over seven emails to support, but haven't received any response or updates.

Has anyone else encountered a similar situation?

I’m experiencing the same issue as you. The developer account I purchased has been stuck in pending status for about 5 days. We want the relevant parties to help us. We open support tickets but receive no response. We are trying to publish an app on the App Store, yet we can’t get any support at all.

I am having issues enrolling too - it is charging me for the subscription but I am unable to complete enrollment - tried different devices and get different error messages. Says 'cannot complete enrollment please contact us' or 'cannot complete enrolment in your area' or something
