W-8BEN tax update sent via Contact Us — no response for over a week. What should I do?

Hi everyone,

I submitted a request through Contact Us in App Store Connect to update my W-8BEN tax form more than a week ago. Since then, nothing has changed in my account and I haven’t received any reply.

For those who’ve dealt with this before:

Is this delay normal?

Should I resubmit the request or wait?

Is there a faster or correct way to get the tax update processed?

Any advice or shared experience would really help.
