I keep submitting versions of my app, but days go by without review, and I am forced to resubmit (development does not stop obviously).
It has now been 8 days since I have been trying to submit 1.1, with no success. Previously review happened within 12-24 hours. What happened?
This is a key time in my development, as the first update has many improvements, and I have fresh installs that I don't want to disappoint. Please help me out.

Thank you for your post. On average, 90% of submissions are reviewed in less than 24 hours. You’ll be notified by email if we find issues in our review or if the submission is approved. We recommend that you do not developer reject your app and resubmit unless you need to make changes to the binary.

App Review was just done, except I got rejected because my camera permission string says "seoulcam needs camera access to take photos." mind you its a camera app and we collect 0 data. Why was it not an issue in 1.0? Tt really just needs access to take photos. Anyways I updated it now to state the obvious (to take photos, no data collected, etc.), but please tell me I don't go to the back of the queue again.
