Dear community
I need to enroll my company to the developer program. I therefore need a company Apple ID.
However, one when creating an Apple ID the fields that one needs to fill in correspond to an individual:
First Name, Family Name, Birthdate, etc.
For an Apple ID that is going to belong to a company, and will be used exclusively for the developer program, how should these fields be filled in?

The account requires a single primary contact....a human primary contact - a person that can be looked at by Apple as a responsible representative. The Apple ID should belong to them. This sort of identification alignment should not set a precedent in any company. Point is, don't approach the need as if it were a faceless bookmarked strawman.
If you're worried about using the account downstream, note there are Member Center roles that can be assigned and applied as required.

Just be sure to not use one that is tied to other accounts, such as Developer, iBooks, free provisioning etc.
