Performance - App Completeness

I’ve been going back and forth on this review feedback for quite a while, and I’m still unclear what specific change is needed.

I’ve already made multiple updates to make everything more visible and obvious for the end user, but the app continues to be rejected .

  1. You are not describing what the subscription plans are for.
  2. You are not explaining what happens when they don't renew their subscription plan.
  3. You don't explain how to cancel auto renewal.
  4. You don't explain how to request a refund.

There may be more.

  • Reply to the message from App Review in App Store Connect and request clarification.
  • Request a call with an Apple representative to discuss the outcome of the review.
  • Submit an appeal to the App Review Board if you believe your app follows the App Review Guidelines.
