My Team (ID: 3TMU292P34) has been unable to notarize any macOS software. Every submission is immediately rejected with statusCode 7000: "Team is not yet configured
for notarization."
This is not a code-signing or technical issue:
- Developer ID Application certificate is valid (expires 2027-02-02)
- Code signing and hardened runtime are correctly configured
- Uploads succeed, but Apple's backend rejects them instantly
- Both Apple ID auth and App Store Connect API Key auth produce identical results
- A minimal "hello world" test app also fails — confirming this is account-level, not app-level

I have contacted Developer Programs Support multiple times with no resolution. Could someone help escalate this?
