Please HELP, $343 proceeds but only $258 paid, what explains the gap?

Hi everyone Please i need someone to explain this,

I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced something similar with their payments.

In March, in App Store Connect → Trends → Proceeds, I can see that my total proceeds are $343. However, in Payments and Financial Reports, Apple shows that they will pay me only $258 USD.

From what I understand, taxes and Apple’s commission are already deducted when calculating proceeds, so I’m confused about why there is still such a big difference between the proceeds amount and the final payment.

Has anyone faced this before or knows what could explain this gap?

Are you sure the 30% percent cut was already deducted?

It looks like a combination of settlement delays and a short fiscal month. If you download your financial report, that should explain it. The end date for March is 03/28/2026. So depending on individual transactions, any purchase from 03/23/2026 might not get paid until the next month.

So definitely any purchase on the 29th or 30th won't count. Some purchases settle on the same day of the transaction. Some take several days to settle.
