App not appearing in App Store search for a specific user in the United States

Hello Apple Engineer,

I have published my iOS application "MindRx" on the App Store. The app is live and available in all countries, including the United States.

However, I am facing an issue where one specific user in the United States is unable to find the app via App Store search.

Details:

• The app appears correctly in search results when tested from my side (India, USA, and Canada regions)
• The direct App Store link works for the affected user
• The issue seems limited to only this particular user

Troubleshooting done:

• The app has been live for more than 72 hours
• Availability is set to all countries/regions
• No pending agreements, tax, or banking issues
• The user has searched using:
  • "mindrx"
  • "sitting pelican" (developer name)
  • "6754450841" (App ID)
  but the app is still not visible in search results

Question: Since the app is accessible via direct link, I assume it is available in the United States. What could be the reason it is not appearing in search results for only one user? Could this be related to App Store caching, Apple ID settings, or device restrictions?

• Primary Locale: English (Canada)
