Two Previously Approved Apps Pending Review — Business Event Tomorrow April 9th

Hello everyone,

I'm reaching out here hoping for guidance or assistance from the App Review team, as we are running out of time. We have two apps that were previously approved, had their publication canceled to implement minor updates, and are now stuck in the review process with our business event happening tomorrow, April 9th.

Here is the full timeline:

• April 1 (1:44 PM): Approved by App Review. • Publication canceled to implement aesthetic/UI changes only. • April 2 (10:46 PM): Resubmitted with aesthetic updates. • April 3 (2:30 AM): Rejected — a device authentication feature was added without providing a test code to reviewers. • Feature was removed entirely. • April 4 (12:29 AM): Resubmitted. • April 8 (3:54 AM): Reviewed — Guideline 2.1 (Information Needed), reviewer asked two questions. • April 8 (4:21 AM): We responded to both questions via App Store Connect and tapped "Update Review." • As of now: No response.

Changes from the approved version are purely aesthetic. No new APIs, no business model changes, no digital purchases.

• March 12 (3:26 PM): Approved by App Review. • Publication canceled to implement aesthetic updates and add a public-facing section for browsing jewelry collections and purchasing physical products. • April 8 (5:16 AM): Submitted for review. • April 8 (6:21 AM): Rejected — reviewer used a credential that was no longer active, though valid credentials were included in the review notes. • April 8 (6:26 AM): Resubmitted immediately with updated credentials in App Store Connect. • As of now: No response.

Actions we have already taken:

• Requested an expedited review on April 6. • Called Apple Developer Support on April 7. • Submitted inquiries through the "App Review Status" contact form for both apps. • Responded to all reviewer questions promptly (within minutes).

Both apps were previously approved and the changes are minor. We have addressed every piece of feedback immediately. Our business event is tomorrow and we are less than 24 hours from our hard deadline.
