I've created a new user under "Users and Access". The first time, the email was sent to the intended user, however when they click the link, they only get spinning wheel.
The second attempt was using their personal gmail account. The invitation was sent but has not been received by the team member. This has been tried twice now.
Is there anything we can do to get this sorted? Thanks.
