App Transfer Stuck 68+ Days - Blocked from Shipping Updates

Hi everyone,

My app transfer (individual → company account) has been stuck since February 6th (68+ days), and I’ve been completely blocked from shipping any updates during this time.

Impact:

  • Cannot release bug fixes or improvements
  • iOS app is now out of sync with Android
  • Paying users are affected

Developer Support has confirmed it’s with engineering, but there’s been no ETA or workaround.

Has anyone experienced this before or found a way to:

  • Regain the ability to push updates during a transfer?
  • Escalate this internally?

This is starting to significantly impact my business, so any guidance would be hugely appreciated.
