I'm reaching out here as a last resort after multiple unanswered inquiries through official channels.
App: 6759221036 Submission: v1.2.1 -> submitted, 3rd April 2026 Current status: Waiting for Review
Timeline of contact attempts:
3rd April: App submitted for review 15th April: Expedited Review Request submitted via App Store Connect -> no response 22nd April: Status inquiry submitted via App Store Connect (Case ID: *60548)
Context: This is a bug-fix update for our existing app. We have an active community waiting for stability fixes and new features.
I understand current review times are extended across the platform. I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking for any indication that my submission is in the queue and will eventually be reviewed.
Any guidance from the App Review team would be greatly appreciated.
