DSA compliance stuck "In Review" for 12 days – App not available in EU (27 countries)

Hello,

My app MayBeauty (iOS 1.0) was approved by Apple on April 24, 2026, but it is still not visible on the App Store in any of the 27 EU countries, including France.

The issue: In App Store Connect > Business > Compliance, the "Digital Services Act" status has been stuck on "In Review" since April 20, 2026 (12 days ago). The entry is not clickable, so I cannot update or complete anything on my end.

All other settings are correct:

  • Contracts (free + paid apps): Active
  • Bank account (Crédit Mutuel, France): Active
  • Tax forms (W-8BEN): Active
  • App status: Ready for Sale

Has anyone experienced this delay? Is there a way to escalate beyond Developer Support?

stuck since 6 of may - heard that DSA has to be accept by all of the 27 countries but don't know if its true c;
