I Recently Dealt With a Problematic Customer, and It’s Really Stressful

I was recently contacted by someone I would consider a problematic customer, and honestly, it has been really stressful.

The situation hasn’t completely ended yet, so it’s still on my mind. I can’t share the details, but since this is my first time dealing with something like this, I feel pretty anxious and overwhelmed.

I’m also worried that this person might spread negative rumors or say bad things about my app.

Has anyone else experienced something like this?
