Multiple rejections with the same question

I have a few rejections with the same feedback:

"Provide a demo video that shows:

  • The current version of the app in use on a physical Apple device, not on a simulator
  • The initial pairing process between the app and the designated hardware
  • The entire app workflow with the designated hardware"

I provided a demo link in the place asked and re-submitted but I keep on getting the same (automated?) response.

Is there any guidance for unlocking this back and forth on the submission process? I'm guessing I can probably resubmit a rebuild but that doesn't seem to make sense since nothing has changed other than me adding the demo link later.

What's stopping you from give them an actual screen-capture video under the App Review Information section?

Nothing is stopping me. I did this. I included a link to the actual demo, stating this in my reply. But I get the same automated response each time.
