Extremely Frustrating: App Stuck in “Waiting for Review” for Over a Month

Looking for someone to enlighten me.

Version 1.1.0 of my app CalcolaTombola has been stuck in “Waiting for Review” for more than a month.

I contacted Apple support three times asking for a realistic review timeline, but each time I received the exact same copy-pasted response saying that “90% of apps are reviewed within 48 hours” and that “exceptional delays may occur.” After reading that for the third time, it honestly feels insulting rather than helpful.

I eventually decided to withdraw the submission and resubmit it, hoping to land in a fresh and faster review queue.

It didn’t work.

It’s now been more than a week since the new submission, and there is still no update, no progress, nothing.

Has anyone experienced something similar or found a way to break this deadlock?
