It has been weeks since our app update has moved forward in review. After waiting several days, we also submitted an expedited review request, but the issue remains unresolved.
We have contacted App Review through review notes, Apple Developer Support calls, emails, and prior forum posts. After our second forum post, calls with Apple Developer Support, and two additional email requests, we are writing here one more time because we still have not received a clear update or resolution.
As we have mentioned before, this is a financial app, and with that comes a responsibility to provide users with the most reliable and up-to-date version possible. Our pending update includes important fixes that our users are waiting for.
We have also noticed other apps in our category continue moving through review and releasing updates recently, so we would appreciate any guidance on whether there is something specific blocking our review.
