I'm reaching out here as a last resort after exhausting normal support channels. Our organization enrollment was submitted on February 24, 2026 — over 100 days ago — and remains pending with no resolution and no actionable guidance from Apple.
Timeline of contact attempts:

- April 21, 2026 — Follow-up email, Case ID 102847068020
- April 30, 2026 — Phone call with Apple Developer Support
- May 21, 2026 — Follow-up emails on multiple cases
- May 24, 2026 — Follow-up emails on multiple cases
- June 2, 2026 — Additional escalation attempt
Every interaction has resulted in the same response: our enrollment is with "senior staff" for review. We have not been given any explanation, any specific issue to correct, or any timeline.
What we have confirmed:
- Our D-U-N-S number is verified and correct
- We are a legally registered organization
- All required documentation has been submitted
- No requests for additional information have been made by Apple
We are a startup in active investor discussions. This delay is directly threatening the viability of our company.
We are not asking for special treatment — we are asking for a decision: approve or reject, with a reason.
