Annual In-App Purchase stuck In Review — unable to update review screenshot

Our monthly auto-renewable subscription (Lure Genius Pro Monthly) was approved within 36 hours. The annual SKU (Lure Genius Pro Annual, same subscription group) has been "In Review" for several weeks. Is it possibly because the review screenshot currently attached shows our Stripe web checkout, which is not how the product is sold on iOS — on iOS it's purchased via StoreKit / RevenueCat. If necessary, I can replace the screenshot with the StoreKit purchase sheet and update the review notes, but the fields are locked while the SKU is In Review and I don't see a "Remove from Review" option. Could you either approve the annual subscription or release it back to me so I can correct the metadata, or pass this note to the reviewer? Thank you.
