I am experiencing a critical issue with my Apple Developer Program Individual enrollment, and I am completely stuck. My applications (a local Geographic Information Systems project) are completely ready for deployment, but I am blocked by a technical glitch on Apple's end.
Originally, I had some regional character issues, so I completely updated my Apple ID to use only English characters ("Recep Guvenc") as recommended. However, right after this update, the "Enroll Now" button in the Apple Developer app became completely grayed out and inactive. When I try through the web browser, it throws the "Enrollment could not be completed" error.
I have an open support case regarding this issue (Case ID: 102907877035). Tif replied to a consultant named Christine, resubmitting my entire request in English as requested, but there has been absolutely no response or update for days. We are fully prepared to pay the annual fee and start developing immediately, but this backend glitch is causing a massive delay for our project.
Can any Apple Forum Moderator or Engineer please escalate this case and clear the backend restriction on my account?
