i've got a problem creating a certificate signing request (CSR), the forum information tells this

but i can't find the certificate assistant in the keychain acceess.. when I enter the window is this..
there isn't any assistent.. and if I press de "+" just get up a window like this
can someone help me please?
(as you can see i've been trying to get my account working so many times.. and I can't get it..)
