There is no "export" for a scene or project like in RCP2.
I tried to select root|world but none of the 3 file formats export components, therefore no interaction is possible.
It works inside RCP3 with PLAY.

Option+Clicking your Entity Asset in the Project Browser (like world), then Export to..., Reality should give you a Reality File that Quick Look is able to preview.
But what is previewed depends on the components you're using. If something feels wrong, you can always send a Feedback Request our way with some sample RCP 3 projects and Reality files so we can take a look.
