Customer support is not responding me!!!

Why don't you answer me? Why don't you solve my problem? I want to escalate my request. Who should I contact to escalate the issue? You're not answering my questions. I am a law-abiding citizen, I have a huge amount of apple equipment, which I officially bought. I spend money on all subscriptions and am a long-time apple user. And you treat me so badly!!!

I have a problem with enrollment process. i want to get a developer account and i can't do it more then 1 month. it is so badly experience.
