I have created and tested background assets (Apple Hosted) with both "essential" and "onDemand". They works on the iPhone and iPad following the "Testing asset packs locally" steps. However, when I upload to TF; the iPad fails to download. The iPhone is able to download both "essential" and "onDemand" fine. I am adopting the manifest from xcrun ba-package template -o Manifest.json
