Hello, our organization enrollment for NEXBEX SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (D-U-N-S: 643510205) is completely stuck. The Apple Developer App shows "ID Verification Rejected," but the button is greyed out/locked, and there is absolutely no option to update or re-enter any details. We have already submitted a support ticket (Case: 102912782627) 24 hours ago but haven't received a reply. Our client deployments are critically on hold. Can any Apple representative please look into this and reset our status or provide a secure link to upload documents manually? Thank you.
