For these API, (1) How is Apple determining the user is in Texas? IP or Address on the account? (2) How do we know if an API is active. Testing today (6/18) we are seeing both false in a region/state where the law is now in effect. (3) How will we know when Apple adds more regions to the API enablement? Is there a communication channel for this?
