Additional tools for Xcode 8.3.3?

Can I install Additional Tools (performance tools, graphics tools,...) in Xcode 8.3.3? How? (I didn't see any package for 8.3.3 nor for 8.3, the most recent one is for 8.2)

I am also puzzled where to get it from. I now searched for an hour. No results. Are there simply no Graphics Tools, Hardware IO Tools, Audio Tools and Auxiliary Tools available for 8.3.x and we should all go back to 8.2? Is there an easy way to migrate an 8.3.3 project back to 8.2? Or did I miss something?
