Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to complete my Apple Developer Program enrollment for my company HyperscaleX Labs Private Limited (India) for some time now and I’m completely stuck at the payment step. Every time I attempt to pay the ₹8,700/year subscription fee, I get the error:
“Unable to Purchase — This item is currently not available in your country/region.”
My enrollment ID is: 5H92LL632C
What I have already tried:
• Multiple credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) with international transactions enabled
• Enrollment via iPhone App Store and Safari on Mac
• Clearing cookies and cache
• Contacting Apple customer support via phone and chat — they were unable to resolve it
• Tried the developer contact form
The enrollment ID already exists in Apple’s system, which suggests the issue is not with the enrollment form itself but with the payment processing step specifically.
This seems to be a known issue for Indian developers based on threads I’ve seen, but I haven’t found a working resolution yet.
Has anyone in India recently faced and resolved this?
