Previously, we provided documentation establishing the relationship between Hamdi Hakan Karakaya and Cayra AI Inc., including ownership, corporate authority, and identity verification documents. We have now attached additional corporate formation documents as requested, including:

At this stage, we are struggling to understand why similar documentation continues to be requested repeatedly.
Additionally, each response appears to come from a different advisor, and we are unable to determine whether the documents previously submitted have been reviewed as part of a single case history. Because different reviewers appear to be handling the enrollment, we are concerned that the same information is being requested multiple times despite already being provided.
