CSSearchableItem init(appEntity:) crashes on iOS 18.0+

Hello,

In my app, I want to create a CSSearchableItem using the initialiser that accepts an appEntity so I can update the item expirationDate when indexing.

This initialiser is marked as iOS 18.0+ but as soon as I launch my app, it crashes.
