Program membership sync issue

According to developer.apple.com my membership is active and all agreements are signed and up to date but according to appstoreconnect my membership has lapsed and there are agreements outstanding. Have confirmed that the Team ID are the same on both portals. Have tried different browsers, cache clearing etc. Have been trying to get Apple support to assist for 5 months. Has anyone else experienced this?

Your reply does not solve my issue unfortunately. I have been trying to resolve this issue through developer support for months to no avail. This is why I am reaching out to the community on the forums to understand if anyone else has had similar issues.
