App Stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 7 Days — No Response from Apple

Hi all, My app SmyHire Recruiter (iOS App Version 1.0.0, build 16) has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" status in App Store Connect since June 30, 2026 — that's 7 days with no update, rejection, or communication from the App Review team. Details:

App name: SmyHire Recruiter Version/Build: 1.0.0 (16) Submission ID: 4f407597-df5d-411b-ba86-8391d3fd0503 Date submitted: June 30, 2026, 11:47 PM Current status: Waiting for Review

I've checked the Resolution Center and there are no messages or flags on the account. I haven't cancelled the submission or made any changes. Has anyone else experienced unusually long "Waiting for Review" times recently? Is there a way to escalate this, or should I go straight to Apple Developer Support? Thanks for any help!

I submitted both tvOS and iOS targets on July 1. On July 4th the tvOS was reviewed and rejected with a minor display issue that I fixed and resubmitted an hour later. I also resubmitted the iOS build as it had the same issue. Today on July 6th they approved tvOS but iOS still is waiting for review.
