My app has been sitting in "Waiting for Review" for over 8 days with zero movement. I've already submitted an Expedited Review Request — no change.
I've sent a follow-up email through the official Contact Us form — no response.
I called Developer Support and was left on hold for an hour and a half, with no answer in the end.
That's three separate official channels, all ignored. This isn't a one-off either — this same forum subtopic is full of developers reporting the identical thing over the past few weeks: apps stuck 8, 10, 17+ days, expedited requests accepted and still nothing moves, support repeating "it'll begin shortly" with no follow-through.
Indie developers depend on predictable review times to run a business. When every official escalation path — expedited review, email, phone support — goes unanswered, that's not a queue, that's a broken process. Fix the backlog, fix the support pipeline so requests actually reach App Review, and give developers real status visibility instead of silence.
I'd like an Apple rep to respond here with something more useful than silence.
