I submitted my app in testflight 5 days ago and it has been "waiting for review". What is likely the issue for delay? I also send message to contact us without any response?

This is normal now—review times are completely random. It may take 2 days, or it could take 2 months. There is no pattern. Contacting support or posting here is useless also.
