I already paid the €99 on June 29th, but my account still says, "Complete your membership purchase.

To continue your registration, complete the purchase now.

Processing your purchase may take up to 48 hours."

Support hasn't gotten back to me either, even though I submitted my inquiry four days ago.

I paid on July 12th, today is July 15th, still not activated, even though 48 hours already passed.
