My app Clarely (App ID 6775480796, bundle com.clarely.app) was approved and released on the App Store on July 13, 2026. Its first two auto-renewable subscriptions were not attached to that submission, and I'm now unable to get them through review.
The loop:
Both subscriptions (one group: Monthly, Yearly) were submitted and returned under Guideline 2.1(b): "the required binary was not submitted." I understand the first subscription must be reviewed together with an app binary. However, my version pages in App Store Connect — including the currently in-review version — have never displayed an "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section, so there is no way to attach the subscriptions to a version.
Clicking "Submit for Review" on a subscription submits it on its own, which reproduces the 2.1(b) return.. Current state:
Version 1.0.1 (build 26): Waiting for Review Both subscriptions: Waiting for Review Subscription group localization: Waiting for Review All were submitted so they'd be in the queue at the same time, since there's no UI to combine them into one submission.
This appears to be the same issue described in threads https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/819111 and https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/820936, where Apple engineers indicated they were investigating and, in at least one case, resolved the stuck subscriptions directly.
My ask: could the subscriptions and group localization be reviewed together with the 1.0.1 binary, or the missing attach section on my version page be investigated?
