Hi everyone,
My app was approved by Apple and is set to "Ready for Sale", but it has been completely unavailable in all 27 EU countries for over 2 weeks now.
The reason shown in App Store Connect under Business → Compliance is: "Gesetz über digitale Dienste" (Digital Services Act) — Status: "Under Review" since July 1, 2026.
In the app's availability settings, all 27 EU countries show: "Trader status not provided"
However, in App-Information → App Store Regulations, it clearly states: "This developer has identified themselves as a trader for this app."
So the trader status HAS been provided, but the DSA compliance is stuck in "Under Review" for 2 weeks with no change.
Everything else is in order:
- Paid Apps Agreement: Active
- Bank account: Active
- Tax forms (W-8BEN): Active
- Trader status: provided
I already submitted a support ticket but have not received a solution yet.
Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there anything I can do to resolve this?
