Suppose I create app than i want to share this idea to apple developers team,than how to share this idea to apple developers team.please suggest.

Depends what you want to do.
If you want to discuss the idea, either from a UI point of view, from an arhcitecture approach to it, of for distribution approach, you can share on the forum.
But if it is about solliciting developers, that's not the right place.
