My developer account got locked after I attempted to log in while I was travelling in other countries, “too many verification codes sent”. Contacted Apple for the account recovery, and they didn’t reset the verficication code lock after waiting for 2 weeks period and completing the password reset.
Contacted several more times (most cases they didn’t help either because I am contacting from different email or it’s a developer account) with no resolution so this has been escalated for senior advisor to review the ID document. It’s been 2 weeks since I sent the ID document with no response. My account has been locked for a month now.
Has anyone experienced it and how long did it take to get the resolution?
