Did the phone support get shut down or something?? I've been on the call for 4 hours now and not one person is picking it up.
This is now my third day of calling apple all day and still the phone support has not been answered once.

I'm not surprised, and I don't blame Apple, Inc. for that, either. I'm not particularly talking about you. But clueless people mostly driven by the AI boom with little or no knowledge of software development call them up several times, sending mail several times, filing an expedite request. That's why people at Apple, Inc. rarely reply to support requests these days.
