Two app updates from our account have been in "Waiting for Review" since July 24, 2026 and have not moved to "In Review" at any point.
- Walk with Jordan – Youth (Apple ID 6779271125), version 1.3
- Parashat HaShavua: R. Daniel (Apple ID 6780953244), version 1.3
What we have already checked:
- Agreements, Tax, and Banking — Free Apps Agreement and Paid Apps Agreement both Active, bank account Active, W-9 Active, Digital Services Act status Active. Nothing pending.
- Resolution Center — no messages on either app.
- No requests for additional information have been received.
Both apps were submitted separately, and both have stalled identically, which suggests something at the queue level rather than an issue with either submission. Walk with Jordan – Youth was approved and released on Google Play on July 27 without issue.
Could you advise whether any action is required from our side, or whether these are simply queued?
We have deliberately not cancelled and resubmitted, as we understand that would forfeit our place in the queue.
