App Stuck in “Waiting for Review” for Nearly One Week

Hi everyone,

Has anyone recently experienced unusually long App Store review times?

I submitted my iOS app, CueBee, almost a week ago, but it is still showing “Waiting for Review.” There have been no status updates or messages from Apple.

I know review times can vary, but most of my previous submissions moved forward much faster, so I’m wondering whether there might be a delay in the review queue right now.

For those who have experienced this recently:

How long did you wait before the review started? Did you contact App Review Support? Would you recommend continuing to wait, or withdrawing and resubmitting?

Any recent experiences would be appreciated. Thanks.

I experienced this in my first app upload took 5 days which my understanding is that 90%of submitted app is getting reviewed in less than 24 hours. I submitted an expedited request as our marketing cannot only proceed with half platform ready. They asked for additional improvements and I submitted the next day. Now our marketing are just waiting for this. I didn't know it will take longer than what they clamied.

Same here. I submitted an update for my existing app, and it has been stuck on “Waiting for Review” for almost a full week now.

I also contacted App Review Support yesterday, but I haven’t received a response yet.

I’m continuing to wait for now rather than withdrawing and resubmitting.

Hello, I have the same problem "Waiting for Review" since July 28, no news, I have sent 2 emails to the support the 31 and the 4 of August and no responses. I never had to wait so much time for my previous apps even for the first review, I don't know what's happening...
