I'm hoping someone has experienced this before and can help.
My app has active subscribers, and I can see the subscription sales in App Store Connect. However, I haven't received any payout to my linked bank account.
Here's what I've already checked:
My banking information is added in App Store Connect. The banking account is active and can receive international transfers. My tax forms have been completed. The Paid Applications agreement has been accepted.
Despite this, no payments have been transferred, and I haven't been able to figure out why.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? Are there any common reasons why Apple would hold or delay subscription payouts? Is there anywhere in App Store Connect where I can check if a payout is pending or blocked?
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
