Thanks for the post. At every iOS release there is a minimum iOS target setting.

App Store Connect will begin rejecting any binaries that have a MinimumOSVersion or lower.
Developer News will post into the portal a few weeks before it goes into effect, you should plan your development roadmap to bump your app's Minimum Deployment Target to avoid having problem with your releases.
