I paid the membership fee but my account is not enabled for app store connect yet. I tried calling customer support, waited on the line for 3 hours but no one picked it up. Is there anyone here who can help?
My developer account is not active after 1 week
I'm having the same issue.
My developer account got automatically renewed 3 days ago - the money got paid, Apple sent me a confirmation email, and the status of the program is set as active on the Apple Developer portal. However, App Store connect still lists my membership as expired. As a consequence, Apple has removed all of my six apps from the app store since 3 days. I also waited on the line for multiple hours but no one picked up.
Can someone please help us?
