My Individual to Organization account transition has been pending for a very long time.
I have submitted every document Apple requested and contacted Apple Support multiple times, but all of my emails and messages have gone unanswered.
My app is ready to publish, but I cannot move forward because of this pending status.
If Apple cannot complete the Organization transition, I simply want my account returned to Individual status so I can publish my app.
Has anyone experienced this issue, and is there a way to get this escalated to the appropriate Apple team?
